New engagements are taken on as a One Month Retainer. For your engagement you will get 3 hours of expert 3CX Technical Support to be used within 30 days of beginning our work on your system. Additional hours, if necessary, are billed at our regular rate. Most poorly performing systems can be straightened out in 3 hours or less.
